Recently completed, the Silver Gate Yacht Club is a full-service facility serving a private membership club established in 1952. Silver Gate commissioned Prater Architects to design this building to replace their original clubhouse. The new building is configured to provide full bar and restaurant services on the second floor in order to maximize spectacular 360 degree views of Point Loma, downtown San Diego, Coronado and the bay. Banquet facilities for up to 180 guests are provided on the ground floor. 3,000 s.f. of deck area is provided on the second floor allowing alfresco dining and cocktails.
